Built on Expertise and Experience
Texas Republic Land Service operates specialized Fecon equipment designed for demanding Hill Country terrain, including a Fecon 135VRT compact track loader paired with a heavy-duty Fecon forestry skid and milling attachment. This setup allows us to process native limestone rock on-site, convert difficult rocky ground into usable base material for roads, driveways, pads, and access routes, and handle rugged terrain, cedar clearing, rock milling, resurfacing, and site preparation.
Our pricing is based on job conditions, travel distance, terrain, material, and the final scope of work. On-site estimates are recommended for accurate pricing.

Samuel Whittingslow, Co-Founder and Financial Partner: Samuel Whittingslow brings over 30 years of professional experience in industrial and commercial electrical construction, project management, estimating, and field supervision. As the owner of Boerne Construction and Development L.L.C., Samuel serves as a key financial partner and investor in Texas Republic Land Service, helping provide the business foundation needed to launch and grow operations. In addition to his financial role, Samuel contributes valuable business insight, industry knowledge, and networking connections developed through decades of work across Texas and nationwide. His experience in managing projects, coordinating field operations, maintaining safety standards, and building professional relationships strengthens the company’s ability to pursue larger opportunities and establish credibility in the Central Texas Hill Country market.
Jack Jacobs, Co-Founder and Operations Supervisor: With over two decades of hands-on experience since entering the milling and rock-cutting industry in 2004. Jack has extensive expertise operating heavy machinery—rock saws, trenchers, skid steers, rock millers, and more—across construction, trenching, and land clearing projects, he quickly mastered equipment maintenance and site preparation, later running excavators, loaders, and trenchers for pipeline and road-building jobs throughout Texas. His career includes significant roles with companies like Tech Con Trenching, Jennings Energy Services, and Madden Materials, where he managed pits, serviced machinery, and delivered miles of pipeline ditches and gravel roads. Jack’s mechanical aptitude, safety training (H2S, Safeland, PEC), and ability to read blueprints ensure precision on every job. In 2022, he honed his rock milling skills with local rock milling businesses, and since then has worked with other Hill Country Companies exclusively, clearing cedar and milling rock roads across 10,000 acres of ranch land in the beautiful Boerne and Fredericksburg area—experience that directly enhances his capability to transform the Hill Country’s rugged terrain into functional spaces. As Operations Supervisor, Jack oversees job estimates and inspection, equipment deployment, job execution, and crew training, driving the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
